July has been a crazy month! I moved across town, I’ve been fighting an ongoing battle with strep throat, I’m getting ready and filling out all sorts of paperwork for grad school, and I’ve been playing lots of fun summer shows. This week is going to be a bit of a marathon in itself:
This afternoon (Sunday, August 4th), I’m playing at a block party in Cambridge with Ezekiel’s Wheels. It’s a beautiful day, so it will hopefully be a great evening of music and neighbors.
Tomorrow (Monday, August 5th), I’ll be playing at Radio with Greg Klyma and a bunch of folks he brings together every week for his Americana Monday series. I sat in last Monday, too, and it was fun–it’s a free show and we play from 8 til 11 pm.
To continue our mini-library tour (a small tour of libraries, not a tour of small libraries), Ezekiel’s Wheels will be playing at the Framingham Library on Wednesday (August 7th) at 7 pm. This one’s also free and open to the public.
On Saturday (August 10th), I’ll be headed out to Amherst with Amy Kucharik to play for the Northeast Organic Farming Association’s Summer Conference. Part of the Saturday night entertainment includes a blues/swing dance, and we’ll be providing music from 9 pm til midnight.
